Budgeting Office FAQ

This FAQ is intended to help Seattle Central faculty and staff.

When can I cash my invoice voucher at the cashier's window?

You can cash an invoice voucher at the cashiers window only if the reimbursement is for supplies $35 or less and the voucher has all appropriate signatures with an original receipt attached.

Can I deposit money directly into my budget at the cashier's window?

You can have funds deposited into your budget only if you provide a completed authorization form (pdf).

How do I get a bus pass?

Faculty and Staff Bus (ORCA) Passes are available through Transportation Services.

How do I get a parking pass?

Parking Passes are available through Transportation Services: Student Parking Passes or Employee Parking Passes.
