Let us help you plan your next event, conference, or meeting. Enjoy the college's convenient access to downtown Seattle and take advantage of our on–site catering. A range of facilities, rental equipment and support services are provided at affordable rates.
Please note that typical classrooms are not available for rent to groups outside of the college during the Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. time frame. Evening and Saturday rentals are encouraged.

Host your next event in our Broadway Performance Hall (BPH) at Seattle Central College. Our Broadway Performance Hall is perfect for corporate, office, or non–profit events, fundraisers, lectures, seminars, receptions, dances, drama programs, or music events. The Erickson theatre, our smaller more intimate venue is appropriate for music and dance and small conferences. For information regarding these venues, please contact the staff at the Broadway Performance Hall at Darrell.Jamieson@seattlecolleges.edu. Our Mitchell Activity Center gymnasium is perfect for rentals of athletic events such as basketball and wrestling. If you are interested in this venue please contact the MAC.
Auxiliary Services handles property rentals for the college, administers leases for several neighborhood eateries like Hot Mama's Pizza and Mia's Restaurant. Auxiliary Services administers leases, supports the functions of the Broadway Performance Hall, Erickson Theater, and the Capitol Hill Farmers' Market.
