Institutional Effectiveness

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness furthers the College’s mission and strategic goals by providing timely and actionable information to facilitate data-informed decision-making and support continuous improvement. We support the campus community and executive leadership team with data analysis, research, assessment, and planning by developing reporting tools and systems, and responding to data requests. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness supports:

  • Research: Develop research tools and data dashboards and respond to data requests to provide on-going research and data analysis to support operations, planning and assessment. Design and administer student, employee and community surveys as part of needs assessment.

  • Planning: Collaborate on college and district wide planning including operational and strategic plans. Help align institutional priorities and provide data-informed recommendations to leadership.
