Seattle Central College Identification Cards

ID cards are used for enrolled students to gain entry to the exterior doors of Seattle Central College buildings. Photo identification is required when doing business in the Enrollment Services lobby.

To qualify for a Seattle Central ID card, students must be registered for classes and present photo identification such as, but not limited to, a driver's license, state ID, or passport, before an ID card can be issued. Pictures of photo identification cannot be accepted (such as pictures of photo identification on a cell phone). If you are a high school student, you may present a high school ID with your picture and name on it, or you may show your high school yearbook with your photo and name. Only one form of photo ID is needed.

To obtain an ID card, there is a one–time charge of $10.00. The preferred payment option is to pay at the Cashier window before taking your photo. Please bring the receipt to the ID Center.

Students may pay the fee online if tuition is paid in full. The ID card charge will be posted to your ctcLink student account.

ID cards are required to check out materials from the library, to gain access to computer labs, to get service at student services offices on campus, and to gain access to the Mitchell Activity Center. Your ID card may also provide you with community business, travel, local restaurants, and movie discounts.

There is a $30.00 replacement fee for lost and damaged cards.
