New Student Orientation

Welcome Tiger!

We are grateful you've chosen Seattle Central for this next chapter and appreciate the opportunity to support you in achieving your goals. By now, you have been admitted, applied for Financial Aid (FAFSA/WASFA), and completed placement. If you have not done so and have questions or concerns, please contact the Admissions Entry Specialists at teamsuccess.central@seattlecolleges.edu.

Your next step is to complete New Student Orientation. New Student Orientation will prepare you for your first quarter on campus by connecting you with services, resources, and tools for success.

Stay tuned for our next in-person New Student Orientation. Learn more about NSO and Pre-Orientation events here and don't forget to review Online Orientation.

Program Specific Orientation

Running Start, Seattle Promise, International Programs, and Basic and Transitional Studies (ABE, ESL, and GED®) have separate orientations. If you are enrolled in these programs, you are welcome but not required to participate in New Student Orientation.

If you have taken classes at North Seattle College or South Seattle College or have already earned an associate or bachelor's degree, you are eligible to bypass the New Student Orientation.
