For Students
Tutoring Forms for Students
- Fill out a request form (online) to ask for a tutor or email Drew Gamboa at Drew.Gamboa@seattlecolleges.edu.
We have three tutoring programs for students: (1) one-on-one tutoring, (2) tutoring for computer skills, and (3) talk time.
(1) One-on-One Tutoring
If you would like to work with a tutor one-on-one, please fill out this Tutoring Request Form. Students can get help with Math and English. Most tutoring sessions happen between 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you would like to meet outside of these hours, you can arrange it with your tutor.
(2) Drop-in Tutoring for Computer Skill
We also have tutoring to help students with computer-related questions. If you have a question about how to use your computer, contact drew.gamboa@seattlecolleges.edu.
(3) Talk Time
Talk time may be a good space for you to practice conversation skills. Talk time with volunteers currently occurs Fridays from 1 pm to 3 pm.
You are more than welcome to create talk time spaces with each other anytime of the week as well; the Zoom meeting link will be active throughout the week. Email drew.gamboa@seattlecolleges.edu to receive access to the Zoom meeting.
