Campus Seminar Courses enable students to gain new knowledge and skills while earning degree credits during the evening and on Saturdays. Similar to Seattle Central's regular daytime and nighttime college courses but with one difference; you spend less time in classroom instruction with independent study techniques.
Students meet with the instructor two hours every other week for lecture and discussions in a seminar setting. Between seminars students work independently following a detailed study guide that covers self–study exercises.
NOTE: For Spring 2020, students will not meet on campus. Lecture and discussion will take place online during specified dates and times. Technical requirements for this course are: computer with microphone and webcam.
Tuition cost per course is $571.30 for Washington State Residents, $644.25 for Non–Residents (U.S. Citizen) and $671.30 for non–residents, which includes a non–refundable $20 fee (for cancelled seminar courses, student will receive 100 percent of tuition and fees).
- Full time fees paid by students who have been admitted to Seattle Central are not applicable
- Financial Aid is not available for seminar courses
- Courses do not meet requirements for loan deferment purposes
