ARC Test Scheduling Form

To ensure ARC staff have adequate time to prepare exam materials, please provide at least 2 business days' notice when scheduling your exams.

Students are required to take quizzes/exams at the same time as their class.

Students requesting to take quizzes/exams at another time need permission from instructors.

Monday - Thursday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM        
Fridays | Closed for in-person services
