This directs you to go to the Zoom.us website, log in, select the Settings tab on the menu to the left, selecting In Meeting(Advanced) in the secondary menu to the right of that, scrolling down until you see the title Waiting Room, clicking the toggle switch to blue and selecting All Participants in order to turn on this feature.
