Running Start Forms

We have provided the links below to easily access essential Running Start resources.

Enrollment Verification Form (EVF) and Course Selection

  • High school graduation requirements should be listed first on the EVF. We recommend taking your high school graduation requirements no later than winter quarter of your senior year. Taking high school graduation requirements in the last quarter may prevent participation in high school commencement, as the high school may not have sufficient time to verify course completion.
  • Fifth Year seniors may enroll in Running Start if they were previously enrolled as a Running Start student and the classes meet high school graduation requirements.
  • Students concurrently enrolled in multiple colleges must submit an EVF for each college, each quarter they take classes. The EVF must note that the student is taking classes at multiple colleges.

Accommodations

Students who need reasonable accommodations provided by an IEP or 504 plan must contact the Accessibility Resource Center at the college on a quarterly basis. Accommodations from high school do not automatically carry over. Accommodations are also confidential and not shared with the Running Start office unless the student chooses to disclose this information.
