The Martina Apartments is a 66-unit complex that is partially furnished, located in the Greenwood neighborhood, and provided through the Catholic Community Services and Seattle Housing Authority. The units for this apartment are open specifically to college students that are homeless.

United Way of King County (UWKC) - Benefits Hub

The Benefits Hub connects students to rental assistance funds and eviction prevention resources. Coaches can provide eligible students with rent help application assistance, resource navigation, and referrals to free Legal Support for tenants in Washington.

Jubilee Women’s Center

Jubilee’s residential program gives program participants the stability and time they need to heal, grow, and rebuild their life. Three residences in Capitol Hill and one in the University District, you will find safe and affordable housing, learning opportunities, employment preparation and guidance from care manager as the program participant works toward a living wage career and independent housing.
