For Students
Classes During the Campus Closure
Summer quarter classes will continue as scheduled through August 16. Beginning August 17, instruction will move to remote delivery through September 16. Your instructor will provide information about how your class will continue during the closure.
If you have questions about your course, please contact your instructor. If you need assistance accessing reliable internet, a computer, or other resources necessary to participate in remote learning, please reach out to your instructor or academic advisor as soon as possible so we can connect you with available support.
Please note: This temporary closure applies only to Seattle Central's main campus. Students attending classes at North Seattle College, South Seattle College, the Health Education Center at PacTower, the Wood Technology Center, or the Seattle Maritime Academy should continue attending classes and accessing services as scheduled.
Student Services
If you are preparing for fall quarter, please allow additional time to complete important tasks such as registering for classes, meeting with an advisor, applying for financial aid, or accessing other student services while the college operates under temporary arrangements.
During the closure, the following Student Services will relocate to the former Campus Bookstore, located directly across from the main campus next to the Mitchell Activity Center (MAC):
- Cashiering
- Registration
- Financial Aid
- Advising
