Student Leadership Assistant

Hours needed: Varies 10-12 hours per week

*Student Leadership Assistants work to support the administrative duties and projects of the Student Leadership office and work with the director*

*Students, please make sure you have an active 2020-21 Work-Study award before applying*

Job Duties:
- Reading and responding to emails, organizing the OneDrive for the office
- Assist with creating reports, updating calendars, and student leadership websites
- May attend student leadership events and meetings as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have reliable, consistent access to the internet, a functioning computer/laptop, and working phone
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently with general training/supervision
- Great attention to detail, follow-through, accuracy, and the ability to ask questions
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Office 365
