All parking rates indicated are quarterly rates. The parking rates listed below are effective from September 2009 through the end of June 2010. Parking rates are subject to annual increases during the summer quarter.

Other Rates & Information
- During summer quarter, the student parking fees are reduced to approximately two-thirds (2/3) of the regular parking rates, and will be $84.00 for daytime, all day parking, and $50.00 for evening (after 12 noon) parking.
- During summer quarter, the student Gopass fees are reduced to $75 for students enrolling for 10 or more credits and $105 for all other students.
- The TMP fee is used to support our Transportation Management Plan and Commute Trip Reduction Program at Seattle Community Colleges.
- All parking fees, stated above, include a 10 percent commercial parking tax, imposed by the City of Seattle, effective July 1, 2007, as well as the retail sales tax (currently 9.5%).
- Since all parking & bus pass prices, indicated above, are discounted, a student may only purchase either a parking permit or a GoPass, but NOT both during the same academic quarter.
