Employee Motorcycle Parking

There is NO charge for motorcycle parking on SCCC campus. A permit is not required. For transportation purposes, the motorcycle category includes all motorcycles, mopeds, and scooters. However, all motorcycles must park in a designated area. There are currently two designated areas reserved for motorcycles:

• Harvard Parking Garage – Third Level (main entrance) southeast corner
• Math & Science Building Garage Harvard side

Motorcycles parked outside of the designated areas are subject to citation and impoundment.

For safety reasons, please do NOT park your motorcycle in the following areas:

• regular–sized parking stalls for cars
• inside office & instructional buildings
• next to exit doors
• In planted areas
• at bicycle racks
• on sidewalks or pedestrian walkways

Employees using motorcycle as a commuting option are encouraged to participate in the campus Transportation Management Plan (TMP). Benefits provided under the TMP include the Gopass, the punch card, among others to eligible employees.
