2009-2010 COMMENCEMENT
Students planning to complete their educational program by June 2010 must complete an application for graduation and return it to the Registration and Records, Counter Services, BE 1104, no later than April 9. A confirmation letter from the registrar will be sent about four weeks thereafter.
Applications for graduation will still be accepted after April 9, and students may still attend the commencement ceremony, but may not be included in the program booklet.

Parking
Parking will be available in the Benaroya Hall parking garage for about $10.00.

Guests are welcome, but due to limited space please limit guests to six as seating is not guaranteed. Tickets are not required. Due to the length and formality of the program, it is strongly advised that young children not attend.
Attire
Graduates must wear caps and gowns. These will be available for purchase mid-May at the Seattle Central Bookstore for approximately $32.00 (part of the cost may be subsidized by the Associated Student Council and an additional discount if purchased on May 20 and 21). More detailed information about the ceremony will be given out with the gown.
Honors Students
Any student with a cumulative g.p.a. of 3.8 and higher as of winter quarter is considered an Honors student and will receive a gold tassel. Qualifying for the Presidents List, the Deans List, or Phi Theta Kappa is not necessarily equivalent to being on the Honor Roll because the g.p.a. requirements differ.
Phi Theta Kappa
Members may purchase their stoles for $20.00 in the Student Leadership Office, above the Bookstore.
