Web Site Name: Union of Concerned Scientists

URL: http://www.ucsusa.org/global_security/nuclear_weapons/index.cfm?pageID=30

This article is last revised on 03.05.2003, so its information is pretty updated. However, since this article only focus on the situtation in the U.S, it may not really helpful to tell me how WMD threats this world. On the other hand, because its author should be some sicentists, some useful data may be found in this article or in its cross references.

Topic: Nuclear Proliferation.

it is not the best site out there, but its got good talk shows and interviews on almost any topic and discussed by the pros and cons of the topic. unfortunately, some of their topics are not available in text, only in audio or even sometimes you got to pay to listen to their audios. that is the shortcoming of the site.
