Seattle Central Community College offers many possibilities for short-term study! Through an exciting menu of college certificate and internship programs, international participants can study together with American students, earn college credits, work in an American company or in a non-profit community agency--and earn a certificate in just 3 months.

Our Short-Term Certificate options include both college level and English for Special Purposes (ESP) programs. In addition, Certificate PLUS combines a certificate program PLUS a part-time internship/work experience.

Our Internship options consist of the popular short-term Internship PLUS program and our twelve-month International Internship Program (IIP). Internship PLUS is a one quarter program focusing on an internship/work experience PLUS participants can choose a college or English for Special Purposes course at Seattle Central Community College. Finally, the IIP combines 9 months of academic study with a three month paid/unpaid internship.
