International Internship CertificateIn order to complete the IIC certificate, students must fulfill requirements in three essential knowledge areas: Personal/Career Awareness, Job Skill Preparation and Work Experience. 1. Personal/Career Awareness Students will work with a counselor or meet with advisors in the Career Information Center, and take at least two skills / personality assessments. These assessments examine an individual's personality, temperament, interest in particular fields, and aptitude for particular subjects. They are highly regarded in the counseling field, and consistently used by professionals to help students make decisions about their careers. Students will choose two assessments from the following list :
