Seattle Central has outstanding housing options for international students!
Since we are located in the downtown area of Seattle, we are surrounded by over 25 apartment buildings within a 15 minute walk of campus.

In addition, students living with host families or in apartments in other areas of Seattle
can get to Seattle Central using city bus lines, and can make connections to neighborhoods
all over the city!

Student have many choices for housing. You will never need to own a car or live far away from campus when you attend Seattle Central Community College!

How to Make Housing Arrangements

• Plan ahead! Prepare for your housing at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead of time.
• Choose the Best Housing for You! What are your personal needs?
  Are you very independent, over 19-20 years of age and prefer to walk to school?
  You might consider moving directly into an apartment.
  If you would prefer some assistance from an American family, especially at the beginning of your stay in the USA, choose a host family.
