An Internship is like volunteering, but is directly related to your major. It is a way to gain practical work experience in your field
of study. For example: If you are a Nursing Major and you intern at a clinic or hospital, you are able to learn what Nurses and Doctors
do on a daily basis. The same is true for a Communication Major that Interns at a Newspaper or TV station.
An Internship is a valuable asset to any resume, especially for new Graduates looking for employment.
Even an unpaid Internship provides that valuable work experience most employers are looking for.
The American Internship Experience is a way to encompass all the materials and skills you will need to find employment
