Tai chi is a gentle form of exercise that can benefit everyone, it combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, tai chi is today practiced around the world as a health-promoting exercise. Tai chi can increase strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. Our classes are designed to be accessible to everyone whatever you level of mobility. You will quickly learn the gentle, flowing movements and breath control leaving you feeling better. Qigong consists or gentle, rhythmic movements that reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions mind and body!
