We are happy to announce the opening of our newly renovated student-run dining facilities. The Square One Bistro features a wood-fired oven, pastry case and espresso bar offering Café Vita coffee. All items are sold à la carte. Across the sky-lit stairway you'll find our contemporary One World dining room and exhibition kitchen. One World offers a top-of-the-line learning facility to our students as well as a one of a kind dining experience for our guest. The exhibition kitchen allows patrons to watch their meal being prepared on a state-of-the-art European flat-top kitchen island. One World is connected to our new Private Dining Room. The new PDR is the perfect place to host working lunches, meetings or small celebrations for up to 30 people. Square One and the One World restaurants are open for lunch Tuesday through Friday and offer beautifully prepared meals at an excellent price. In the One World dining room entrees, including soup or salad, and range in price from $7.95 to $10.50. Advanced reservations are required for parties of six or more. Due to the school schedule, our restaurants are closed several weeks of the year so please check our current hours of operation. Summer quarter the dining room will be open Tuesday through Thursday as the students will be serving their "small plates" menu.

Square One Bistro

Square One Bistro features a wood-fired oven, pastry case, and espresso bar serving Cafe Vita coffee. Diners can enjoy their meals in the sky-lit Atrium or in the cozy cafe. Square One features contemporary, fast, and casual dining with fresh market salads, daily soups, and chowders made from house-made stocks, and baked goods from our SD&B department. Selections from the wood-fired oven include artisanal pizzas and freshly-made pastas. Local seafood including Wild Silver Salmon, Dungeness crabs, Penn Cove Mussels, and Oysters from Hood Canal are regularly featured. Pasture raised meats and poultry are grilled and roasted daily, accompanied by organic, local produce that change with the season. French Bistro, Italian Tratorria, Southern Creole, and American casual dining is the emphasis at Square One.

During summer quarter dining will be open Tuesday through Thursday and will feature the very popular Small Plates menu, with weekly fresh produce from the Skagit Valley. We invite you to come in and taste an array of petite plates including sandwiches, farm salads, canapes, international street foods, entrees, pates, and tantalizing desserts. The menu changes daily with freshly prepared offerings.

The Buzz

Baked goods and pastries at The BUZZ are made by students of the Specialty Desserts and Breads program. Selections include a variety of breakfast pastries, European pastries, cakes, cookies, mousses, tarts, creme brulee, chocolates, and a large selection of rustic artisan breads.
