Description
Here is a list of the labs that we have done and will do. It is not complete. I will add to it as we go on. For each lab you should do the Lesson Review questions. If you get stuck the answers are in the back of the book.
Chapter 1 we did all the practices except the upgrade of 2000. I have given you all credit for these labs
Chapter two we did practices for Lessons 3, 4 5 and 6
We are not going to do any practices in chapters 3 and 4 since most of that material is covered in ITC 222, though I will cover the material in those chapters briefly
In Chapter 5 we will do all the practices, since though it is similar to material covered in ITC 222, it uses some different commands and functions
In chapter six we will do all practices
I will review chapter 7 with you briefly, but we won't do any practices
Chapter 8 is difficult, but we will try to do all the practices in chapter eight. I will precede it with a brief overview of XML and its uses in database
At this point I will asses our remaining time and select what to focus on for the remainder of the term
if you get stuck on chapter 8, skip it and continue on.
We will do the chapters in this order of priority, doing as many as we can in the next four weeks.
