     Monday 31 July:  streams and rivers
      Tuesday 01 Aug:  sedimentary rocks
      Wednesday 02 Aug:  glaciers

Field Exercises: all day, times vary
    Friday July 14:  Mt. Rainier volcano
          depart:  6 a.m.      return:  7 p.m.
          walking:  total of few 100 yards, good trails, one steep
          extras:  be prepared for intense sunshine at high altitudes.

     Saturday July 15:  Seattle Fault and Earthquakes
          depart:  7 a.m.      return:  5 pm
          walking:  total 1 mile

    Sunday July 16:  Landslides of Seattle
       depart:  8 a.m.    return:  5 p.m.
       walking:  total of 1 mile, easy trails, some inclines

     Friday Aug 04:  Stream Gaging
          depart:  8 a.m.      return: 5 pm
          walking:  short walk to stream, stream wading, wading gear provided

    Saturday Aug 05:  Sedimentary Rocks and Fossils
          depart:  7 a.m.      return:  6 p.m.
          walking:  TBA

    Sunday Aug 06:  Glacial deposits of Seattle
       depart:  8 a.m.    return:  5 p.m.
       walking:  total of 1 mile, easy trails, some inclines
