Photo 1:  big crack where crossbeam joins a support pillar


 

Photo 2:  spalling of concrete cross beam showing rusted rebar. OHOH.
the greenish steel bracing was installed a few years before the Nisqually quake,
as sort of a bandaid retrofit.  It may have helped.

 

Photo 3:  hunks of concrete on the ground under the bridge.  No one was hurt
