6 Billion People and Counting:   Environment and College Level Math
A co-ordinated studies course, combining ENV 150 or GEL 110 and MAT 107
10 credits, satisfies Q and IS requirements for the AA degree.
ENV can be used different ways for the AA degree (science, humanities)
    Pre-requisite:  2.0 or better in MAT 098

This course is fully integrated, using mathematics to understand and solve environmental problems.
Finish your AA degree with the first integrated course at SCCC to apply mathematics to the real world!

Practical, problem-oriented mathematics: a great course for science majors too.
