Cosmic Justice:

Cosmic Justice exists if everyone has the same probability or chance of success.

Affirmative action is probably the best known attempt to achieve cosmic justice in some economic activities such as education and employment.

Of course, in a diverse society or population, the only way to achieve such a state is to treat everyone differently. This seems a very high price to pay for equality of outcome.
