A practical exploration of copyright law as it applies to teaching and learning. We'll explore some real life examples of copyright issues and there will be plenty of time for questions.

Bio:  Stephanie Delaney, JD has been a community college instructor for 10 years.  She did her undergraduate work at Georgetown University, earned a Masters of Studies in Law from Vermont Law School and completed her law degree at the University of San Diego School of Law. Additionally, she is nearly done with her PhD in Higher Education Leadership at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a specialty in distance learning. She currently serves as the Director of Distance Learning at Cascadia Community College.
