Keep your SCCC student ID card on hand to verify eligibility for Computer Center usage.

Bring a jump/flash drive to save and transport your files.
Also, 100 mb of space is available on your PC student accounts (aka "O" drive) and 2 GB on MAC student accounts (aka "HOME" dir).

Avoid the rush! Reservations can be made "in person" with your student ID up
to five days in advance and at least one hour in advance at the front desk.

LEARN TO SAVE YOUR FILES AND SAVE OFTEN!

Make backups of important files!

Keep away from dust, heat, electronics, magnets, pets...
- LEARN TO PRINT EFFICIENTLY!
Support staff will gladly assist you with the best ways to print your documents.

- SAVE FILES FROM YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNTS BEFORE QUARTER'S END
Use of Student Accounts available for the duration of the current quarter only.
We do not guarantee access to files stored on your student accounts after quarter's end.
- PROTECT YOUR STUDENT ID CARDS FROM DAMAGE
Student ID cards can be used as a print card and loss of funds can result from damage
to the magnetic strip. Do not store near other magnetic data cards, such as credit cards,
ID cards, etc. Protect card from becoming soiled, scratched or bent and keep away from heat.
Apply only small amounts to your card, as funds cannot be retrieved or refunded due to damage.
